Cancellation of your party must be 48 hours ahead of the time you booked and refund will be 70% of the total cost. If a notice is not sent in time, the booking will be NONREFUNDABLE, however, rescheduling party to another date is acceptable.
Returns/exchanges are acceptable within 7 days of order received. Items that have been special order customized cannot be returned. Original paintings and swimwear cannot be returned. Customer pays return shipping unless it is a wrong size, item, or damaged in which case we will e-mail you a return label immediately. Exchange shipments or refunds will not be processed until the original item is received back and in new condition. Thank you for your understanding!
