Biography
Kelsi Kalore is an artist and designer born and raised in Houston, Texas with a lifelong dedication to the arts. Kelsi's bold, edgy, and surreal style reflects an impressive crossover of art, music, and technical skills and has mastered two decades long as a self-taught artist. Her creative process consists of working with acrylic on canvas as well as mixed-medias, like glitter, digital design, and jewel embellishments. Her inspiration comes from women and the African-American culture. And as a Creole Southerner from Houston, it’s apparent that the South’s influence shows throughout her work. Kelsi's vision of sharing her style of art in a world where virtual reality and music are thriving inspires a generation of young collectors and other aspiring artists. Her showcases have conceived great attraction at numerous art shows even in many other cities. Kelsi's level of artistic skills has led her to implement her unique imagination in other projects such as film storyboarding for All Screwed Up | Visual, collaborating with the clothing brand Godson, and contributing her skills to commercials murals throughout the state of Texas. Her creative talents and on-going entrepreneurial ventures are, no doubt, ascending her career to the next level in the art and entertainment world. With her drive for success, Kelsi Kalore continues to flourish in the creative spotlight, not only as an artist, but an uplifter for the cultures.
